Avalton Residence

A luxury beachfront residential project by Chin Hin Group, designed to evoke tropical holiday vibes and resort-style living. As one of Chin Hin’s flagship developments, significant budget and attention were dedicated to crafting an immersive visual experience. The project featured over hundreds species of exotic plants, each carefully selected for its aesthetic and environmental qualities, requiring the production of scientifically accurate 3D plant models and richly detailed landscape visuals that would be used in Unreal Engine 5. I was involved in producing elements of the visual content as part of the creative team.
